Hero Sale - Missing thirty Broki shards

Long time lurker, first time poster.

Character name: Moraxa
Server: Artorius (2)

I purchased four lots of Broki shards from the Hero Sale event and was charged 2400 diamonds and eight runestones.
Unfortunately, I only received 10 Broki shards, not the 40 that I had been charged for.
I initially had 5 Broki shards, and was expecting to have 45 with my purchase.

I have also lodged a customer support ticket in game about 15 hours ago. I have attached screenshots to the ticket showing the problem.
Edit: Your help system automatically closed my ticket which is frustrating because my issue has not been resolved.

I would appreciate it if you could please reimburse my diamonds (1800) and runestones (6).

Indeed, I got my compensation and my shards last night. Good to finally have a Broki!
