Lumos ?

Hayho,

question to Lumos: do you (firefly) something here for the game ? last update (google play store) was on 4.02.2016, arena is buggy, epic bosse are buggy, too much buggs

and than something for the player ? event's ? content updates ? or can i say the game is dead and can delete it ?

Hey! It may say that the last update was in April but we actually silently updated the game this past week with a few bug fixes through an OTA update. Also, later this week we are releasing some compensation rewards for the issues you guys have been experiencing. We are working on bringing more updates and are in talks with the development team so please stay tuned!

Lumos question, what happened to that compensation you spoke of? We have seen nothing. I am glad that the network error with friends in the EB is fixed but the energy usage bug is still there. Don't know what I'm talking about? oh ya if you have 12 energy or more about every other time it takes 8 energy for your 3 knights to fight instead of the 6 it is supposed to. That among other things should be addressed please. I get there are some fixes coming but baby steps aren't doing much for the community.

Hello!

We're currently looking into the energy usage issue. I have reported it to our QA team and will let you know if they can reproduce it since this is the first we've heard of it. As for the compensation, we sent it today! It may take a few minutes to reach you though so please be patient. Thanks!

Thank you for the response Lumos. And I did get a response from a diego b today about that particular ticket. I hope you guys are able to correct it, especially if people start using those gems you all gave out on the eb. lol

So I spoke with the QA team, are you using Friends in battle? They tell me that using friends will increase the energy cost from 6 to 8. Let me know if you're not using friends in battle.

At first: thanks for the response lumos, now to bug's that are rlly terrible,
Arena winning-streak: when your streak is by 21 and you has a new victory, befor the 10 minute timer is over, start a new streak from 1, you has no chance to get the 22 and 24 winning streak rewards

Epic Boss friend/network error: when you kill the boss by a milestone reward , for example the third kill, with a friend become you a error massage "network error, starting game new". So the energy was used but you become no reward

No Lumos it was not with friends that is why I am saying something about it. I know how the energy usage works lol.

And Vanx sorry to hear you have an issue with the victory for arena but that is intended, from what I understand.

The EB shouldn't be doing that anymore as I have attempted to recreate the error for a couple weeks now to check if it was fixed and haven't been able to recreate it. I would try to put a ticket in for that particular issue as it doesn't seem to be a global issue anymore.

Miss read that Vanx yes the reset after 20 kills is an issue.

Though I thought it was fixed but don't know for sure so ignore the first part of my prior post to you.

We're aware of these issues. The networking issues can be caused by multiple things but I understand they are happening at this particular spot most often. We're looking into it and we're going to find out what is triggering the issue. We're continuing to monitor the game in its soft launch period. Thanks!
